Delivery Timings
The above timings are an estimate based on the information provided by DHL and Royal Mail. While we will try our very best to ensure the order reaches you in this time, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are the fault of the shipping company. Timing for international orders can be delayed due to UK and International customs processing orders. Sadly this is out of our hands, and we are unable to accept responsibility for delayed parcels.

Customs & Duties
All international orders may require the recipient to provide customs with additional information. Please leave your phone number at check out for the shipping company to contact you directly, which will speed up the customs process.

Please note that you will be required to pay any duties or taxes for import upon the arrival of the item(s) as this is not something we cover.

Dispatch Times For in-stock pieces, we will dispatch with 1-2 working days from receiving your order where possible. Pieces that are made to order are made by hand in Robyn's London workshop, so please allow the time stated in the product description for this. In the event of a delay, we will be in touch to update you. 

Delivery Address
For all methods of delivery please ensure that the delivery address you provide is one for which the parcel containing your new jewellery can be signed for. If a parcel is left in a safe space or goes missing after Royal Mail has received a signature for it, we will do our best to help locate it but will not be able replace your order unless Royal Mail accepts responsibility for the item's mis-delivery.

EU Regulations
Due to a recent change in EU regulations, we are regretfully no longer able to ship any made-to-order pieces. If you are based in the EU and would like to purchase any of our fine jewellery, please get in touch as we can offer alternative solutions. Those with a shipping address in Europe but not the EU are not affected by this.
