In-person Appointments

Appointments are currently limited while the studio relocates. To allow time for this transition, in-person appointments are not available at present except for customers already on the waitlist. Digital appointments remain available, with a range of time slots throughout the week.

During this time, customisation options are more limited. Personal gold can be traded in, though melting down existing gold is not currently possible. Bespoke wedding rings are also unavailable for the time being.

Appointments are expected to return around October or November. Anyone planning a 2027 wedding or engagement is warmly invited to get in touch.

Video & Phone Appointments

Robyn regularly works with remote clients to bring their designs to life, offering the same high-quality experience without needing to meet in person.

Appointments can be arranged by phone or video, whichever works best for your schedule. After your meeting, you’ll receive detailed photos of the rings on the hand, giving a clear sense of their fit and proportions. All follow-up correspondence, whether your initial appointment is in-person or online, takes place over email to ensure you don’t miss anything.
